In the reach in cooler egg salad and hard boiled eggs that were prepared greater than 24 hours ago, per the operator are not date marked. Operator date marked the undated items. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. The soap dispenser in the kitchen dies not dispense soap.

Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. The water us turned off at the three compartment sink.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the top of the make table cooler, cut tomatoes (45F - Cold Holding). Operator moved the tomatoes to the bottom of the cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
