High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the reach in cooler across from cook line, observed raw shrimp (53F - Cold Holding); raw chicken (47F - Cold Holding); raw ground beef (49F - Cold Holding). Operator stated it may be due to the reach in cooler being opened during service. Operator stated foods had been brought to cold holding unit two hours prior to inspection. Operator added ice to foods and moved them to the walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
