Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Bar Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). All glassware will be washed and sanitized at dish machine in main kitchen. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. In the walk in cooler observed containers of cooked ground beef, cooked beans, cooked refried without date marking. Operator stated foods were prepared two day prior to inspection. Operator began to date mark food. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Stored food not covered. In the walk in cooler, observed a pot of cooked beans and a pot of vegetable soup unprotected without a lid. Operator provided protection at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site
