Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed splashless bleach on nit for sanitizer. Must replace with plain germicidal bleach before operating. Operator removed splashless bleach from unit. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Educated and emailed the Big 6 Foodborne Illnesses.
