High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee engaging in food preparation touch face with gloved hands and proceeded to engage in food preparation. Manager intervened and employee removed gloves and washed hands properly. High Priority - Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Observed in walk in cooler cracked raw shell egg stored with raw shell eggs. See stop sale

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on counter near reach in cooler Butter (63F - Cold Holding) . Manager stated the pan was supposed to go inside the reach in cooler. Manager placed inside reach in cooler. Observed on inside ledge of reach in cooler Cream sauce (52F - Cold Holding) in soufflé cups. Manager stated he pulls out certain amount during rush. Manager placed inside reach in cooler.
