Observed in stand alone cooler Sliced ham (48F-52F - Cold Holding); Cooked meatballs (48F-52F - Cold Holding); Sliced turkey (48F-52F - Cold Holding). Cooler has an ambient temperature of 43F. Manager stated cooler was open during very large catering order. Manager removed TCS foods and placed in main cooler. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
