High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Chemical Dish machine at 0ppm. Manager was able to change chemical out. Took second test of chemical dish machine at 100ppm. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
