High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut tomato stored in pan raised above cool line on pizza make line at 50F. Person in charge moved to drawer below holding temperature. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor and walls in server area with debris accumulation. Vent above main walk in cooler with dust accumulation. Repeat Violation

Basic - Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Several in use containers/ lids in walk in cooler holding food product with cracked edges, missing pieces.

Basic - Grease receptacle lid open, broken, or missing. Shared grease receptacle lid open, dumpster overflowing at time of inspection. Also, garbage observed on ground in shared dumpster enclosure.

Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old label residue, pieces observed on two clean dishware containers by dishmachine.
