High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee handle soiled container lid and bring to dish area for washing then return and engage in food preparation without changing gloves and washing hands. Inspector educated employee proper handwashing procedures. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked chicken wings at temperatures of 91-110F in heating unit above cook lines. Person in charge stated wings were cooked 20-30 mins prior and voluntarily discarded.
