High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Upon arrival inspector observed employee at drive thru window touch hair with bare hands and then handle hash browns with hands while bagging customers to go food. Manager coached employee on proper handwashing procedures. Employee washed hands correctly. Corrective Action Taken
