Manger cleaned interior of food debris during inspection. Also, interior of white insulated drawer on cook on e soiled with mold-like substance/food debris. High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Next to egg cooker in kitchen one carton of pasteurized egg temped at 54. Manager said it had only be out about 30 mins. Placed in walk-in cooler to chill.
