Basic - Upon inspection observed walk-in vents soiled with accumulation of dust. Upon inspection observed air conditioner vents in the back of restaurant soiled with accumulation of dust.

Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Upon inspection observed food on top of table by drive trough box storage area. Food removed by operator on site Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed water in between stacked pans on drying rack by triple compartment sink.

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Upon inspection observed scoop utensil inside shredded cheese in cold hold make area.

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Upon inspection observed garbage dumpster lid open outside restaurant.
