Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Deflector plate inside ice machine soiled

Basic - Inaccurate/damaged temperature and/or pressure gauge(s) on dishmachine. Upon inspection observed dish washing machine temperature gauge not working in kit kitchen.

Basic - Upon inspection observed reach in cooler vent soiled with accumulation of dust next to grill in the kitchen.

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Scoop handle for hashbrown scoop. Operator removed scoop during inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Hydrated hash browns cold hold 46F less than 4 hrs. Cooler door open for prolonged period prior to operator.
