High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. - items on prep bar had labels for Time as a Public Health Control Product but no time marks. Magare states items were put out at 10:30 A.M. when they opened. All items at 2 hours. No Stop Sale issued. Manager marked the time. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. - mop sink faucet has a splitter on it with one hose going up to the chemical dispenser and the other red hose used for cleaning the establishment floor. The side with the red hose needs the back flow preventer.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. - men's restroom. Inspector gave sign to manager and it was taped up during inspection. Corrected On-Site
