Observed approximately 7 live roaches in the following locations: 1 live roach on wall behind ice machine kitchen, 1 live roach on floor underneath ice machine, 5 live roaches on floor behind hot holding unit next to kitchen entrance, Warning - From follow-up inspection 2022-03-07: Upon inspection observed a total of 3 live roaches in sticky trap in back mop room area by water heater. A total of 5 dead roaches located in the following areas. 3 in sticky trap in mop room area by water heater 1 on floor under prep table left side of fryers in kitchen 1 on bottom shelf across from cook line. Operator cleaned and sanitized areas of concern and discarded sticky roach trap during inspection. Time Extended
