High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Upon inspection, buttermilk on fry station was at 64f for more than four hours

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, buttermilk was at 64f more than four hours, and boiled eggs were at 44f less than 4 hours.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Paper towels missing at hand sink on cook line. Operator replaced paper towels during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice machine has black and pink mold like substance growing both inside interior walls and outside above lid.

Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing in various areas of walk in cooler and kitchen areas.

Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting board on cook line has deep grooves.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Cellphone sitting on cutting board. Employee removed cellphone during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans wet nesting in back of house, and cups wet nesting at server station.

Basic - Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. Hand wash sink in back of house missing hot water handle (unable to produce hot water), hand sink on cook line missing cold handle.

Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Standing water on floor and underneath metal threshold of walk in cooler.

Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpsters.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop stored on top of other wet mops and once in mop bucket water.
