Basic - Food stored on floor. Upon inspection observed 2 bags of onions stored in walk-in cooler floor.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection observed ice buildup inside reach in freezer.

High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands. Establishment serves a highly susceptible population. Upon inspection observed line cook touching lettuce and cheese with his bare hands while making tacos on main cook line.

Basic - Stored food not covered. Upon inspection observed 4 buckets of shredded beef in walk-in cooler not covered.
