Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed gap beneath exterior backdoor.

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Floor tiles in disrepair inside walk in freezer.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Mop sink.

Intermediate - 11-27-4 Observed: Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Reference: 2-501.11 FC: A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed multiple metal pans stacked on top of each other not properly air-dried- wet nesting. Observed the manager remove the pans from on top of each other letting them properly air dry. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed a can of beans on the floor by the walk-in cooler. Observed the manager remove the can of beans from the floor. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed a bucket with sanitizing solution on the floor by the hand washing sink located by the drive thru window. Observed the manager remove the bucket of sanitizing solution from the floor. Corrected On-Site
