High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the sanitizer at the dish washing machine measures 25 ppm using chlorine test strips. The dish washing machine is in use during the inspection. Operator directed set up of the triple sink for sanitizer until dish washing machine can be serviced. Corrective Action Taken Warning
