High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed employee walked into kitchen from backdoor, put on gloves to slice meat with no handwash. Discussed with operator about proper hand washing procedures, employee washed hand properly and replaced gloves at time of inspection. Corrective Action Taken
