Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Drop ceiling tracks in the back room have come loose and ceiling is bowed/hanging down. Ceiling vent above three compartment sink has mold-like build-up.

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs were stored in the walk-in cooler directly above pouches of cheese sauce and a pouch of fire-roasted corn. Showed Manager on Duty.

Per operator cheeses were prepped less than two hours ago. Operator moved potentially hazardous foods to walk-in cooler for quick cooling. After thirty minutes, all temperatures dropped by 4°F. Corrective Action Taken
