High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut melon and fruit at 60F on ice, operator stated fruit was recently cut less than 1 hour and moved into walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Observed chicken tenders cooling for 1 hour at 116F according to operator in a lidded container operator moved chicken to sheet tray in a single layer. Corrective Action Taken
