High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee left food truck to put delivery away then returned to work with food and failed to wash hands prior to putting on new gloves. Discussed with operator proper handwashing with glove change when returning to work. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over cooked ready to eat has browns in reach in cooler. Operator moved all food to,proper storage. Corrected On-Site
