Observed employee touch cell phone in apron while wearing gloves then prepare a breakfast sandwich with same gloves. Discussed proper hand washing practices with operator. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed sanitizer bucket in front of Hand washing sink next to front counter by drive through area. Operator moved bucket. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
