Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle in contact with sugar in the bulk in use bin next to the ice machine, operators moved scoop. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed mixing spoons ar the front counter at 81F and 84F operator replaced water with water at 152 F and cleaned spoons. Corrected On-Site

Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed no choking poster posted, operator could not locate one, emailed form Choking Handout DBPR FORM HR 5030-105. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed an employee at drive through handling money from customer change gloves, no handwash step. Spoke with operator regarding proper handwashing, operator explained to employees. Employee properly washed hands, observed proper handwashing for remainder of inspection. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Two way splitter added missing one vacuum breaker on side not connected to chemicals. Also at front counter drink prep sink, 2 way splitter added, missing one vacuum breaker on side not connected to rinser. Showed picture of vacuum breaker to operator and explained proper use. Repeat Violation

Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no thermometer in walk in cooler or reach in cooler under grill in kitchen line.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters not covered over coffee machine in serving line. Operator rearranged container to cover filters. Corrected On-Site
