High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple Sink (Quaternary 0ppm). Sanitizer is not being dispensed into the three-compartment sink. The employee drained and set up the three-compartment sink using bleach, then Triple Sink (Chlorine 50ppm). Inspector instructed manager to have the employee resanitize all dishes that were sanitized using the three-compartment sink today. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. Employee in warewash area handled dirty dishes, then handled and put away clean dishes without first washing hands. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

The person in charge, C. Adams, does not have proof of food manager certification. This manager was the manager on duty during the previous inspection in July 2025.
