Basic - Employee with ineffective hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed an employee with shoulder length hair without restraint. Operator corrected. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Hood filter missing from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. Observed the hood filters not in place for service over the cooking equipment.
