Operator placed I've below and on top of meatballs to bring down the temperature rapidly. Corrected On-Site

Observed Cesar dressing on the menu being made with raw shell eggs not identified. Operator added a asterisk next to the Caesar dressing and a asterisk next to the consumer advisory identifying the raw ingredient. Corrected On-Site
