High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed a can of fire roasted red peppers with a severely dented can. Operator removed from shelf and separated for credit from vendor.

High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employees on cook line changing gloves without washing their hands in between.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling tiles and vents with an accumulation of dust in the kitchen.

Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting boards on the cook line with deep grooves.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed tub of lids with water not properly air dried stored underneath prep table in rear of kitchen. As a repeat violation the importance of conforming to the rules of the food code was reinforced to the person in charge to avoid repeat violations in the future. Repeat Violation

Basic - Food stored in a location that is exposed to splash/dust. Observed pancake batter stored in a container with no lid in dry storage area stored under shelves with dust and food debris. Operated placed a lid on food container. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in freezer gaskets soiled with food debris at the reach in freezer to the left of prep line. Dry storage shelves soiled with dust and food debris.
