Operator stated they have a part for the cooler on back order and they have been moving the food from the walk in cooler to freezers every night and back to the coolers in the morning. Had the operators ice the product in the cooler. Observed on the front counter: Fresh Salsa (50F - Cold Holding). Operator stated it had been out for approximately 1hr and had it partially covered in ice. Operator completely surrounded the product in ice. Corrective Action Taken Warning
