High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cream and ricotta cheese out on food line at 60F temperature. Operator stated products had only been out about an hour. Operator moved cheese and cream to walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
