High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed their dish machine at 0ppm chlorine. Operator placed a new sanitizer and retested to at 100ppm. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

High Priority - Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee handle his phone then handle a knife without washing their hands. Operator had them wash their hands. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottles stored on top of a reach in freezer. Operator removed the bottles. Corrected On-Site
