Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed the shelf in the walk in cooler rusty.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on walk in freezer door. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice buildup in the walk-in freezer on boxes of food. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee. Repeat Violation

Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Ice scoop,stored in a soiled holder. Manager removed and sanitized the scoop and the holder. Corrected On-Site
