Employee at cookline handled raw alligator meat either gloved hands, changed gloves without washing hands, then continued to handle utensils and equipment at cookline. Manager stopped employee and had them wash their hands and put on new gloves before continuing to work at cookline. Corrective Action Taken

Employee stated the shrimp was thawed under running water approximately 45 minutes prior, then placed into the cooler. Manager moved the shrimp to a freezer to rapidly cool to 41F.
