High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Male employee wearing gloves and handling cooked container of chicken cleaned soiled surface (with raw chicken residue) using one hand and immediately after placed cooked chicken on Hot holding equipment with dirty hand.
