High Priority - Hot time/temperature control for safety food received at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pan of turkey legs in hot holding unit with temperature of 95F. Manager moved pan to oven to begin heating.

Observed crates of raw shell eggs on shelf in walk in cooler over steak and ground beef. Manager removed during inspection. Corrected On-Site
