High Priority - Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed cage free eggs lower shelf on the cook line, 58F. These were purchased this morning and nit put away immediately. These were placed in the reach-in cooler. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed a tub of sour cream in the cook line reach-in cooler, 58F. This was purchased this morning and repeatedly used. The lid was removed for cooling. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed 1 female staff over 60 days, no training.
