Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed top of oven soiled with black debris. Manager instructed employee to clean. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Located in kitchen. Manager has work order submitted to maintenance awaiting completion. 2 other hand washing sinks in kitchen area.
