As per manager, food was placed in reach in cooler at the front line less than 1 hour ago. Employee placed pasta inside the walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee wearing a watch while engaged in food preparation. Employee removed it. Corrected On-Site
