High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs stored over washed vegetables, cheese at reach in cooler unit, staff relocated items to eggs to bottom shelf, staff was coached on proper storage procedures. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ham croquettes (122F - Hot Holding); cheese tequeños (124F - Hot Holding) at hot box, as per staff for less than an hour, staff moved items to eggs to oven to reheat it to 165°F of above.
