High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed yoghurt (53F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler, as per staff left outside for less than an hour and back in the unit. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Observed scrambled eggs in a tight cover tray cooling at reach in cooler, instructed and coached staff on proper cooling methods. Corrective Action Taken
