High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw pork over cooked pork chops in the stand up fridge across from the three compartment sink.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed fried fish 92°F(Hot Holding) at the hot holding unit. Had operator to turn up the unit to accommodate for the fried fish. Corrective Action Taken
