High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sweet plantain (130F - Hot Holding) at hot holding unit at pack line. As per manager sweet plantain wasn't supposed to in that unit. Manager voluntarily discarded product. Corrected On-Site
