Intermediate - Expired chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed expired test kit from 9/2022 in use. Person in charge discarded and replaced it for a new one with expiration 2027. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Plumbing system improperly installed or repaired. Observed cold water line faucet in disrepair in one of the hand sink located in the meat area. Plumber was called immediately to fix it. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed a wet paper towel under one of the cutting board. Employee took it out immediately and placed the food grade mat underneath. Corrected On-Site
