As per Kimberly she has been employed for approximately one year.

Basic - Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed the person in charge cut through a banana with a knife and peel the banana. As per the person in charge the bananas are delivered and some are put in the container at the front line and are not washed.
