High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed half and half (50F - Cold Holding); milk (56F - Cold Holding) stored in ice by coffee station. Operator added more ice. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed one of the hand sink blocked by the trash can. Employee moved it. Corrected On-Site
