Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the dishwasher machine in the kitchen at 0.00 chlorine Pom's. After priming it a few times it is now at 50 chlorine poms. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed the dishwasher touch dirty dishes then touched clean dishes without washing his hands.

Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed two plastic squeeze bottles one with a yellow liquid the other pink not labeled.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed a case of eggs on the walk in cooler floor.
