Basic - Observed ceiling vents removed at dry storage area and near cook-line. Vents are in the store and will be installed, as per manager they were removed due to construction.

Basic - Observed ice buildup in walk-in freezer and reach-in freezer by cook-line. Reach-in freezer ice buildup by cook-line was removed by employee. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed whipped butter packs (47F - Cold Holding) at the front line. As per the manager the butter was in line for approximately one hour.The manager removed the items and placed them in the freezer for a quick chill. Corrective Action Taken
