Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink next to mop sink with garbage bin and brooms in front of it.

Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance inside ice machine. Repeat Violation

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed cup with no handle used as scoop for camarelized hazelnuts over blast chiller area.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed open bottle of energy drink on top of preparation table near mop sink.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed box of multi fold towels on floor near walk-in freezer.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop on floor in front of mop sink.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided to operator via email.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
