High Priority - Establishment is unlicensed and does not meet minimum requirements to qualify for a food service license with the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Observed establishment open for business and serving customers at time of inspection. Observed at front counter preparation area with preparation cooler, reach in cooler, steam table, hot dog warmer, juicer, coffee machine, ice machine and 2 electric induction burners, area is not completely enclosed.
